Houston Recruitment

Dear Houston Alumna,

Recruitment season is here! Georgia and I are excited to lead recruitment for the Houston area this year. Thank you to everyone who has already submitted a recruitment information form (RIF) or letter of support (LOS) on behalf of a potential new member (PNM)!

If you haven’t submitted a PNM packet, don’t worry. Our club is accepting PNM packets until July 1, 2026. Please note that we will accept Spring 2027 recruitment packets through November 1, 2026.

Step 1: Gather PNM Materials

Collect the following from your PNM:

  • Social resume (formatted as a PDF)
  • Headshot (formatted as a JPEG or PNG)
  • Letter of support (LOS) submitted by an alumna (optional)
  • Additional letters of support submitted by an additional alumna (optional)

Step 2: Submit a Recruitment Information Form (RIF)

  • Log in through BetaBase to access the form
  • First-time users will need to claim their BetaBase account

Step 3: Complete the Houston Alumnae Chapter Form

  • Submit the required Houston Alumnae Chapter form to finalize your recommendation.
